Une petite mise au point légale qui pourrait en intéresser plus d’un : savez-vous ce qu’est le DIF et ce à quoi il vous donne droit ? Le Droit Individuel à la Formation ou plus communément appelé DIF, permet à tout salarié français de se constituer un crédit d’heures de formation de 20 heures par an, cumulable sur six ans dans la limite de 120 heures. L’employé décide de l’utilisation ou non de ces heures, mais à l’heure de choisir la formation, l’accord de l’employeur est nécessaire.
Donc si vos vacances hors de l’hexagone vous ont fait réaliser que vous aviez besoin d’un petit coup de main pour raffraîchir votre anglais, vous pouvez bien sûr utiliser votre DIF avec YES dans un cadre professionnel.

Bref retour en images sur la participation des centres de formation et de YES – Your English Solution, en particulier, au Salon Plein Emploi en France, organisé par Monster en juin dernier au Palais des Congrès.
YES – Your English Solution y était présent avec des bornes iTest Quick Look pour permettre aux Seekers d’évaluer leur niveau d’anglais, des YES Trainers à l’espace coaching et une équipe dédiée au stand formation prête à conseiller Seekers et Recruteurs. Et l’une des majeures préoccupations des français était leur accent. Voici donc en images la réponse de YES vis-à-vis de ce complexe national qui ne devrait pas en être un.

The famous WHSmith bookstore has probably the largest selection of English books and newspapers in the capital. For English learners, a whole section is dedicated to simplified readers (mostly classic novels) classified by levels of difficulty.

The Frog & British Library, located in the 13th arrondissement in Paris, is one of YES’s favorites for at least three reasons:
1- First of all because it’s a bar, not an actual library!
2- It hosts daily events focused on British culture, from English football screening to beer tasting (the perfect recipe for a perfect evening, isn’t it?) .
3- It draws a multicultural crowd in one of Paris’s most diverse and rising neighborhoods.
